30th Annual New York's Village Halloween Parade

I will be there to watch it live tomorrow.

the rain

it stopped today but its helped prevent the temperature from being colder than what it should be

for that, I'm grateful

Hershey's Sugar Free

It's about time!!!

I just found out about them today when I went to my local BJ's, while looking for some Halloween candies.

I saw an assorted pack that had all 4 but I'm not trying the Almonds because I don't like almonds.

So far, the Reese's is the best tasting of the 3 that I tried.

I'd like to see Sugar Free Hershey's Kisses.

I'd also like to see Sugar Free Kit Kat, since they're the U.S. distributor. But, hopefully Nestlé will do the same, since they now own Kit Kat.

I hope that Nestlé will also make Sugar Free Nestlé Crunch.

And I'd also like to see Sugar Free M&M's.

Big Brother is growing

Should I feel safe or paranoid?

I will hopefully be doing some International travelling next year. I'm actually curious how things will change because of this.

Ruby Foo's liars

(assuming you've read my blog post on the 12th)
They said that they'd mail my CDs on the 11th but after calling them on the 16th, 17th, 20th & 21st; they kept saying that they mailed it on the 11th. The CDs arrived on the 23rd but it was postmarked on the 22nd.

ectomorphy

I go to the gym to test gravity.

A lesson I will not forget is that dropping 205lbs. to your chest can fracture 3 ribs.

And saying, "Ouch!", has new meaning; when you can barely say it after having all the air in your lungs forced out from the impact of the bar.

Fall Back

So, we moved back the clocks an hour today.

And, it's another rainy Sunday.

validating my geekiness

this is my 1st tech blog

I'm about to build what is most likely going to be my last Desktop PC. My next computer will hopefully be an Athlon 64 based notebook (w/ all the latest frills).

Over 5 yrs. ago, I always wondered what it would be like to have an optimized Socket 7 PC. And now, if things work-out, I might just find out. I know, I'm building an obsolete system based on today's current technologies. But, I'm doing this mainly for nostalgia & curiosity.

This is how it looked like, when I started.

I'm using:
PC Chips M587LMR 100MHz system bus motherboard
(It's the most important part and I hope it works because I purchased this 2 yrs. ago but have never bothered to use it, till now. My other concern is that it might not be compatible with the other 2 PCI devices that I'm adding to it.)
AMD K6-2 550MHz CPU (yes, it's only 550MHz)
512MB 384MB RAM
(looks like I might upgrade the memory to its max of 1GB, if the motherboard is functioning properly and if it can truly handle that amount according to the manual)
Visiontek Xtasy 9100 128MB DDR PCI with DVI-D Video Card
(It's supposed to be the best value speed/$ for a PCI based graphics card, according to Sudhian Media's web article: "Ultimate PCI Card Round-up". The funny thing is that this graphics card has the same amount of memory that my current desktop is using.)
Maxtor Ultra ATA 100 7200 RPM 2MB Buffer 60GB Hard Drive
GWC Technology 2+2+1 Port USB2.0 and Firewire IEEE1394 PC card Model: UF400
(Delivered on 10-27-3. It causes the BIOS to hang during memory check. I have to return it.)
CenDyne (they went out of business) (which is actually a Lite-ON IT) LTR-52246S Internal CD-RW Drive 52x24x52x
(this is my 1st CD-RW)

WinXP unfortunately didn't recognize almost all the integrated hardware in the motherboard; and, the auto-setup CD wasn't designed for WinXP. I had to manually install all the hardware drivers that WinXP didn't recognize.

10-23-3
11:46am: So far, it seems that all the integrated hardware is functioning (no errors on the Device Manager but I haven't actually tested all of them; video, sound, & LAN are functioning; I'm not yet sure about the modem, I will check it later). I have a minor problem with 1 of the memory modules not being fully compatible, it's only recognizing 128MB of the 256MB, so my current total is 384MB. I'm hoping that the 2 new 512MBs that I'm about to purchase will be fully compatible with the motherboard. With only the WinXP + the drivers & some minor software for the motherboard, my current total space used is almost 2GB. I'm now about to install all the free plug-ins & media players that I know of. I'm curious how much more harddrive space its going to consume.
5:23pm: Unfortunately, the Visiontek Xtasy 9100 128MB DDR PCI with DVI-D Video Card is not compatible with my motherboard. I'm stuck with the built-in GPU (which was, at its time, the best integrated GPU). I'm hoping that the 2 512MBs I ordered won't have the same luck as the video card.
10-25-3
4:37pm: I've decided to try ATI's ALL-IN-WONDER VE. If it works, then I feel that I've optimized 1 of the 2 PCI slots of my motherboard.
8:08pm: I purchased the card at my local Circuit City even though I could've saved at least $25 purchasing it online because I've been impatiently curious to find out, if the card will work with my motherboard... So far so good! The ATI's ALL-IN-WONDER VE is compatible with my motherboard! I have yet to find out, if there's anything defective with my card. One of the few things I wish this card should have had is a MPEG 1/2/4 decoder/encoder. Its generating the most heat inside my AT case. Though the video has improved, I don't like the TV resolution.
10-26-3
4:23pm: going against my own parsimony, I've decided to try VisionTek's Xtasy 9200 SE w/ 128MB. If it doesn't work with my motherboard, then I'll keep ATI's ALL-IN-WONDER VE. If it works, I'm hoping that the ATI Radeon 9200 SE GPU/VPU will handle all MPEG decoding (and even better, also the encoding). I want to reduce as much load as I can from the AMD K6-2 550MHz CPU.
10-27-3
10:04pm: The most interesting thing about this little proception is learning what will work with my motherboard. I'm trying to optimize the only 2 PCI & 2 DIMM slots its got.
10-28-3
11:55am: VisionTek's Xtasy 9200 SE w/ 128MB arrived today. I will test it later. My 2 512MB PC100 RAM have not yet arrived and I ordered that almost a week ago.
6:55pm: It seems like VisionTek's Xtasy 9200 SE w/ 128MB is working (no apparent initial BIOS conflict with the motherboard) but I'm having problems installing the driver, WinXP hangs at every attempt to install it (it could be a hardware conflict). I might have to reinstall WinXP just to figure out if its the OS or the hardware that's causing the problem.
11:34pm: I just purchased online an 8 Port Firewire 1394 / USB 2.0 ( USB 2.0 - 4 Ext + 1 Int) ( 1394 - 2 Ext + 1 Int) Combo Controller PCI Card, which is a definite upgrade to the other Combo Card that I'm returning. (I'm hoping that I have a better luck with this card.) I paid an additional $2 for 2nd day shipping because I'm expecting the 2 512MB RAM to arrive soon and I don't want to wait longer.
10-29-3
10:26am: Provided my desktop will still be around by 2007, I now have another reason to return ATI's ALL-IN-WONDER VE.
12:34pm: I downloaded the latest driver & software for VisionTek's Xtasy 9200 SE w/ 128MB and it installed correctly. For unknown reasons to me, I couldn't install it using the CD-ROM drive. I am going to keep VisionTek's Xtasy 9200 SE w/ 128MB & return ATI's ALL-IN-WONDER VE.
6:16pm: Circuit City definitely has a "No Hassle Returns" policy. I would definitely make them my 1st choice in retail purchasing of electronics and anything else they sell.
10-31-3
2:51pm: The 2 512MB was finally delivered today but they don't work together on my motherboard; and if I only use 1 of them, each only registers as 128MB. The most interesting & challenging thing about doing this is figuring out what works with my motherboard.
5:52pm: The 8 Port Firewire 1394 / USB 2.0 ( USB 2.0 - 4 Ext + 1 Int) ( 1394 - 2 Ext + 1 Int) Combo Controller PCI Card was delivered today and so far it seems to be working. I have yet to test the 1394 ports & I need to use a real USB 2.0 device to test the ports for it. I have only tested the USB 2.0 ports with a regular USB device. I'm almost done with my PC, the only left is maximizing the RAM to 1GB. I'm hoping that the 2 512MB RAM I just purchased will be compatible with my motherboard. I have learned that 64x4 (high density) will not work with my motherboard and I was told that 32x8 is what I needed; and, that's what I just purchased. I confirmed it with the manufacturer first before purchasing it from the reseller. Now, since I purchased them from another company; I hopefully don't have to wait another week just for them to arrive. I'm wishing that they will arrive on Monday, 11-3-3.
11-3-3
12:33am: If ever there was a PCI Video Card that had a GPU/VPU that was DTT/DTTV, DTV, EDTV HDTV & SDTV ready and could decode & encode all video formats including current & future MPEG: 1, 2, 4, 7, & 21 independent from the CPU; that's when I'll replace my VisionTek's Xtasy 9200 SE w/ 128MB. I want to be able to view all current & future video formats without any frame loss. I'm not into video games. Being able to view any video format (multimedia) is more important to me than the quality of 3D graphics.
11-6-3
10:40pm: The other 2 512MB RAM modules arrived today. Unfortunately, it only reads half of each (which is better than the previous that read only 1/4 & couldn't be used together). I guess I will also return these modules and settle for a max of 512MB with my motherboard. Perhaps the motherboard's manual had a typo and that the maximum RAM is 512MB & not 1GB.
11-9-3
11:40am: I didn't think it was possible but assembling my future desktop is proving to be more frustrating than being autonomically platonic.
11-10-3
4:01pm: I'm about to reformat my harddrive as I've originally planned. I test installed the OS & other drivers & software just to see what would happen. Because of that, I've bravely installed a bunch of software that I wouldn't have normally done. And the results made me realize which ones to reinstall and which ones not to bother with. And, my motherboard can go up to Ultra ATA 66 but for some unknown reason WinXP only detects my harddrive to be a PIO transfer mode and that royally sucks big time! I will try to install it as a FAT32 format this time instead of NTFS and see if it makes a difference.
11-11-3
9:33pm: I've finally reinstalled WinXP Pro but had so much problems reinstalling the drivers. There apparently was a specific order of reinstalling the drivers. And it was very time consuming learning the correct sequence. I had to reinstall WinXP Pro whenever I did a wrong sequence because it would crash! I am now installing all the extras & add-ins. I don't know, if I should install Office XP or wait till I get Office 2003.
11-13-3
10:22pm: I'm actually proud of this obsolete box that I just built. I've never used a video card that had more than 32MB nor have I used a computer that had more than 256MB RAM. So my box seems to be faster than the 850MHz CPU w/ integrated GPU 8MB & 256MB RAM that I use at work. All-in-all, not bad for a 550MHz CPU. I'm considering adding an internal DVD±RW, when the technology improves and the prices drops further. It took me 1 day to get the latest drivers installed correctly. Half a work day to update all the patches. 1 day to install all the free add-ins, plug-ins, media players that I need to play all popular media formats. Now, I'm transfering data from 2 computers into it. Then, it'll finally find it's place in my room.
12-10-3
7:17pm: Just added a Mad Dog Multimedia DOMINATOR™ 4-in-1 52X CD-RW + 16X DVD-ROM Internal Drive which I just learned is actually an Artec 52x24x52x/16x CD-RW & DVD-ROM Combo Drive. So now, I can play DVDs on my PC (but it looks like I need to get a better PCI video card because it's kinda choppy).
12-19-3
5:11pm: I just found out about ATI's new "CATALYST Windows XP 3.10 - Driver" & decided to give it a try just to see if it would fix the frame loss I was getting while watching my DVDs... Bingo!!! I'm glad that I can now watch my DVDs without it being choppy. Good thing, (though it wasn't an intentional fix) all that was needed was a driver update. I don't have to buy Mad Dog Multimedia - Graphic Card CONQUERER™ FX Plus 5200 PCI - 128MB (which I was just about to buy today).
12-26-3
3:17pm:
Here's the rundown of the current hardware set-up:

Thank you Sharon!

You've done it again!
You've mentally scarred me!

If ever you were on the electric chair, I would pay to flip the switch! But I won't execute you; that's too kind. It won't make me forget those abominable images! What I would do is hold it down for 3 seconds just to hear you scream and then repeat it again and again, in the same intervals, until I get a good workout on both arms. And perhaps, your resonating screams will drown out those wretched images.

She attended The Exotic Erotic Ball with Jason and shared her photos (which, thankfully, I'm not allowed to share with others). Some of the photos were just way too freakish and now I'm mentally scarred with horrible images! I might need therapy to get over that! {The disturbing photos are the ones with a fully naked extremely elderly man who looks like he could pass as Ross Perot's grandfather. Who the hell let him in the party? (I can hear Sharon's laughter.)}

The song that seems fitting for this is A Flock Of Seagulls' "Nightmares" (here's the lyrics).

If I go to Hell, I definitely know, I won't be alone!

Though my superficies might seem copacetic because I tend to be taciturn, I have some cloistered excogitations that try to dissimulate my malignantly patulous ennui.

It feels like my nugacious ontogeny is nearing its vacuous senescence.

Take a look at 2 little toys that are more powerful than my current home PC! (ha-ha-ha)
{I'm still pathetically using WinMe on an AMD K6-2 366MHz AT 128MB.
And, I'm about to build an AMD K6-2 550MHz AT 512MB.
(I know it's a sad upgrade. But that should keep me content till I can afford to buy an Athlon 64 notebook.)}

I can hear it telling me (in the same manner as the evil ghost in "The Amityville Horror") to "Get out!... GET OUT!"

For one, I'm quite surprised that they even have an entry with MSN!
The "Biography" is accurate but I don't think that the "Latest Album", "The Spanish Afro" is by them.

They're song, "Sumigaw Umawit Ka" from their 1988 debut album "...Tale of Two" is my favorite OPM.
I wish they had it available in a CD single.
I'd consider them to be a 1 hit wonder.

If you have a clean MP3 of "Sumigaw Umawit Ka", please e-mail it to me.

I actually first saw something like this over a decade ago when I went to Japan and stayed with friends of the family, Bruce & Satoko. I tripped-out, the 1st time I saw it.

I could be wrong about my post on a "paperless future", it's probably closer than I thought.

The Japanese are really into their electronic gizmos-gadgets.

The house I stayed in was almost like living with The Jetsons without the robots. Everything seemed automated. The floor had heaters! The light switches looked more complicated than a PDA. (Really, why reinvent the wheel??? A simple flip switch is all I need to turn the lights on or off.)

I was just amazed about how the Japanese culture is into electronically automating everything that they can. I think that the Japanese will be the 1st bionic/cyborg culture.

A former employee at a place I used to work never understood any of the innuendoes another employee and I would discuss.

Once, she asked me why she didn't understand what we were talking about.
I then said, "It's because you've got virgin ears."
She then replied, "You mean they also do it in the ears?"
I then couldn't resist to say, "Yes. Some people do."
She couldn't believe it.
And, I explained that some guys with peckers small enough to fit there have a fetish for things like that.

To this day, I believe she's still a virgin.

Right after he said that, I bursted into laughter.
I explained that I probably locked myself out of the universe.

I've most likely permanently locked myself out of the universe because I don't know of any cosmic locksmith.

Today I went to my local Tanger.
The only 2 outlets that never seem to fail me are Old Navy & Tommy Hilfiger
Old Navy for the best value.

reverie 6

(When are dreams not strange?)
I was in my gym (which in reality, I haven't gone to since Tuesday) and a fight broke out between 2 employees. When it was taken outside (I somehow simultaneously was now on the 2nd floor of the building with a better view of the outside), it became a gang fight between all of the employees and their friends. The employees (who normally wear red as their uniform) were now all in black, everyone fighting were all in black. As they were fighting, their numbers were mysteriously increasing, I can't tell where they were coming from but both sides were growing. The parking lot area was a field. I called 911 and the operator couldn't believe what I told her because we're in a nice area in Suffolk County and things like this just don't happen here. We got cut-off in mid conversation and I hoped that she believed me. Somehow the fight stopped and they were all on the entrance of the building. And, I felt stupid for calling 911. Then the fight broke out again. But when I turned to look on the right, there were riot police that were 5x more than those fighting. And they were in distinctive but oddly fluorescent color coded groups. When the fight scattered, the riot police went after them. And, it looked like I was watching a comical video game. Then, I woke-up.

I think that word came from Hell.
(No explanations necessary; I think you all agree with me on this.)

And, credit cards were created by The Devil. It started with the 1st person who sold his/her soul to The Devil.

I don't think I've sold my soul; but perhaps, I could have it refinanced. What do I have to lose, since I'm an afterlife reject?

Tonight, I bought more shirts at 2 local Gap outlets. I also bought more shirts at The Limited Express for Men. I can't resist a good bargain!

A Flock Of Seagulls

was one of Jeff's 1st favorite bands.

I think that Paul Reynolds is one of the best electric guitarists during that decade. He wasn't dependent on metal distortion to sound good. The band sucked after he left them. I believe that the only reason why they won a Grammy for their instrumental "D.N.A." was because of Paul Reynolds. Try listening to the song and isolate the guitar, then you'll know what I'm talking about.

My favorite album is their 3rd and the last one that Paul Reynolds was a part of, "The Story of a Young Heart". I liked how Jeff described it as a story book {the songs were like chapters and that the end of the last track was a fading of the intro of the 1st track (signifying "coming to a full circle") the only other album that I know of that does this is "Empires" by VNV Nation}. The only song I didn't like in that album was "European (I Wish I Was)".

Update NEWS Flash!!! The original line-up reunited on the 27th for VH1 and the show will air on January 2004!!! All I can say is, "WOW!!!"

weekend review

this weekend started on Thursday with my visiting 2nd cousin, "Bea"...

Thursday: I picked-up my cousin around 1:20pm at JFK then parked the car at Jamaica and took the E Subway to 50 St. and walked down to Times Square. We then tried to watch Mama Mia! but it was booked. So, the other options were Beauty and the Beast or The Lion King. We stumbled on Popcorn, Indiana and I just had to buy the Caramel Chocolate Chunk because I've never heard of nor seen chocolate covered popcorn; it was worth it! We 1st tried to check Beauty and the Beast and when we found out that there were available seats, I bought 2 immediately. That was around 6pm and the show starts at 8pm. So we decided to walk around Times Square. We walked into the world's largest toy store, "Toys "R" Us". Then walked to Virgin Megastore and I bought 2 CDs. After that, we ate at Famous Famiglia Pizzeria. We tried to look for the closest H&M (one of my favorite clothing store) & HMV but ended-up at The Gap and I bought 4 shirts and we sort of learned about where the closest H&M & HMV could be. After the show, we tried again to look for the closest H&M & HMV based on the information given to us at The Gap. We didn't find both and ended-up walking to Rockefeller Center and saw the opening night of the ice skating rink.

Friday: We were supposed to go to the Statue Of Liberty and Ellis Island early in the morning but we took the 2:11pm train from Ronkonkoma and we missed the last ferry by 10min., which left at 4pm. So we just walked to the WTC Ground Zero. Then we went back to Times Square. Later, went to HMV and I bought 2 CDs which got left behind at Ruby Foo's (the food was good but expensive). Luckily, when I called them on the train back home, they said they found them and that they would mail them back to me.

I wasn't too sure, if I wanted to add this part; I nearly got into a fight before having dinner at Ruby Foo's. I left my cousin and her aunt at Ruby Foo's around 8pm because we had another 30min. before we were to be seated. I decided to go to FYE just to browse for more CDs. On my way there, I felt my hypoglycemia and I knew that I really couldn't stay long. So, when I got there, I quickly browsed the CDs. While I was looking at some CDs in the letter "M" section, I heard someone say "Excuse me." followed by a push. I was stunned by what just happened. Who does that? Who says, "Excuse me." and then pushes the person. I know for a fact that the isle was wide enough for him to pass me by. So, I decided to go after him and confront him. We were less than half a foot away from each other, it was close enough to determine that he didn't have halitosis. He's a black man who's an inch or two taller than me and with a larger frame & broader shoulders. I asked him, "What was that for?" And, his reply was, "Because you didn't respect me! You didn't move fast enough, when I said, "Excuse me!'" When I said that the isle was wide enough, he said it wasn't. So, we got into a loud argument in the store. He kept insisting that I didn't respect him. Then I said, "You know what? You're a dick!" He then said that he wanted to fight me. All this time, my heart surprisingly remained calm (which I believe was because of my hypoglycemia). I don't think that he wanted to purchase what he was holding but to save face and to look like a paying customer, he went in line to pay for his CD. During that time, I followed him and continued to argue with him, still less than half a foot of distance. He said to me, "You don't even know who I am and what I'm capable of doing!" My reply was, "So?" I even demonstrated to everyone watching what he did to me. I asked him, "Who does this? Who says 'Excuse me.' and pushes right after?" (and I pushed him the same manner he pushed me in front of the others watching). He was now more adamant in wanting to fight me. He then said, "You're lucky I'm a decent black man. If it were any black man, you'd have your as kicked right now!" I then replied, "So?" He said, "Let's fight outside, I don't want to get arrested again!" When I got him angrier, he said, "Take your coward ass outside after I purchase my CD! We'll take this outside!" And still, surprisingly, my heart remained calm. It didn't matter to me, what the outcome of the fight was going to be. I didn't care, if I was going to get beaten-up. But, if I was winning, I probably would kill him. All I was concerned about was that I was going to be late for dinner and I might have to call from jail. So, he steps outside. I then asked the cash register, "Do you normally have problems like this?" And she said, very seldom. With that, I stepped outside. He was waiting for me and he place down his stuff. We both walked towards each other. He gave me the same argument. I told him, "This has nothing to do with respect because I was just minding my own business and I was oblivious to everything but the CDs in front of me. So, I'm certain this has nothing to do about not respecting you." He couldn't seem to win against the questions I asked him. Finally, I said, "I'm not a mean person. I don't understand what happened nor why it happened. We'll fight, but I'll still won't understand why. Go ahead, take your swing." He was angry but then looked confused and I sense he was trying to hide his fear. And my heart still remained calm. Then, he shouted at me, "Get back in the store!" And, he immediately took his stuff and walked away very quickly. I then shouted back at him, "I'm not going back in there, I'm going to be late!" He didn't turn around to look at me, he just kept walking away faster. I then immediately decided to follow him, I wanted to know, if he was going to turn around; he didn't. When it came to the corner where I had to make a turn opposite of where he was going, I decided not to continue following him. On my way back to dinner, I realized that I think I just scared him away. I think, my continous provoking and my suicidal attitude scared him. I got back to Ruby Foo's by 8:30pm.

Saturday: watched Kill Bill with Brian at PJ Cinemas.
{Borrowing my Friendster Testimonial: "The only one I know who goes to PJ Cinemas, not for: the screen size (because I’ve been to a home theatre that had a larger screen), the audio system (because sometimes it sound like they’re using vinyl records), the proximity (we both live 5-10min. away from it); but for the popcorn. The only time I’ll ever be compelled to drive to a cinema for the popcorn is if they’re serving Popcorn, Indiana’s 'Caramel Chocolate Chunk'."} (it's the 1st movie that I invited him to watch which he was both interested and had the time for)
It's by far, the best and most violent sanguinary action movie ever!!! If you like excessive Monty Python gore (I've never seen so much hemorragic effusion!!!), then watch this movie! The movie was an amalgam of genres that Quentin Tarantino likes. I will most likely buy the soundtrack & DVD.

Sunday: another uneventful rainy Sunday. Just a day to relax.

if I said diurnal matins, it would be this:

Dear God,
Please let today be drama-free.

{One of my wishes is for a drama-free world.}

brrr

This sudden drop in temperature (around 10°F-25°F) is not good! I think this happened on the start of this month.

It just makes me want to stay in bed longer & curled-up in my comforter.

Time to bring out my fall & winter clothes and perhaps shop for more (since I'm now wearing 'small' instead of 'xxl').

CA calls are starting to be audible. I've been ignoring them because of the new friends I've made. But the cold weather isn't helping. The song that comes close to my sentiments about this would be VNV Nation's "Rubicon".

weekend review

Friday night, with the help of CH3CH2OH, I had a 2hrs. vigil to the asphalt god. Something I haven't done in over a decade. And, since I've been an unfaithful follower; I tried to give a lifetime's worth of oblations (which turned into libations); but my own chawdron protested in near self-evisceration.

Saturday night was rediscovering Russian ethanol in Manhattan. And, learning that your so-called "friends" will eat your unfinished slice of pizza when you pass out in the train back home.

Sunday, though it was a good day like it's namesake; I was, till undern, woolgathering for my oneirism.

books I've read verbatim

I can only recall of 5:
"Animal Farm"
(One of the books in the lists of required reading in high-school. I chose it because it was the smallest book. I think that this is probably the only one where the CliffNotes is actually bigger than the book.)

"Jurrasic Park".
{I actually read the book after watching the movie. And, the only reason why I read the book was because my cousin kept raving about it and insisted; plus, I guess I had the time for it. (I'm an extremely slow reader. Kids in 1st grade read faster than me.) The only benefit I got from reading the book is learning about the chaos theory.}

The Griffin & Sabine Trilogy by Nick Bantock
(If you seen these books, then you'd know why I was able to read them verbatim. I wish had just a fraction of Nick Bantock's illustrative talents.)

If Dr. Seuss counts, then these are the ones I think I remember reading:
The Cat in the Hat
The Cat in the Hat Comes Back
One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish
Green Eggs and Ham
Dr. Seuss's ABC
Hop on Pop
Fox in Socks
Ten Apples Up on Top!
And To Think That I Saw It On Mulberry Street
The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins
Horton Hatches the Egg
Horton Hears a Who!

If you don't know it by now, I don't like reading books.

faunch

Thanks to the traffic going back, I just spent the last half hour pejorating myself for my lethe!

When I got to my gym I realized that I didn't have any ID! I thought that, if I walked in, the front desk would know me and let me in, regardless. Unfortunately, it was a prick who rarely works on the front desk! He wouldn't let me in! Okay, rules are rules.

Now I'm still debating, if I should go back. Do I want to drive back there? The only reason why I'd go back is because I don't want to waste the deodorant I just sprayed into my armpits.

T610

I posted about it before.

It was $249.00 then; but now, the priced dropped $150! I'll be going to T-Mobile later to verify this. I don't mind renewing my contract; but it would suck, if I have to start another new contract.
